colonial architecture complimentary shuttle local ingredient attentive staff
I appreciated the beautiful colonial architecture. It created a unique atmosphere. the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to nearby attractions, a very useful perk. the breakfast offered many choices and i liked the fresh, local ingredients. the staff were consistently attentive and helpful.
I found a few mosquitoes near the lobby in the evenings. Perhaps mosquito repellent devices might help.

the room was spacious and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings. i found two plush bathrobes along with slippers were present in the wardrobe. a separate seating area allowed for relaxation, it enhanced the room's functionality.

helpful staff delicious food various breakfast early pool closure many insects poor maintenance
The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. they made special hot thai tea for me just because i asked. the food was amazing!!! i really enjoyed the breakfast. It had plenty of options.
the pool closed very early at 7pm. i think that is ridiculous. i felt there were many insects around the hotel. the hallways are quite poorly maintained.

limited choices loud air conditioning
The breakfast buffet was surprisingly limited. The choices felt repetitive. our room's air conditioning was quite loud. It made sleeping difficult. i did not find this very relaxing. also. The staff seemed a bit preoccupied.

the staff demonstrated a high level of commitment. the room included a well-stocked minibar (i found the complimentary water bottles quite useful). breakfast offered fresh fruit and pastries of good quality.
